As of Expansion 2.0, Tencent has fully protected their files with new ENCRYPTION, which makes us unable to access and work on it. Unfortunately, we'll have to go on a temporary hiatus until we can find a way to access these files and update the patch.My assumption for the increased security on files is it's not due to our actions, but there's actually been a lot of internal leaks from Tencent lately.

Tencent might be a giant and all, but thats in China. It doesn't know how to handle Western markets, that is proven by the fact that it left Riot Games handle the western regions for League of Legends.

Plus localization does have costs, just to point out obvious ones: translations, servers and maybe even the work for censoring some outfits i guess (the west always censors shit). We don't know the actual numbers, so we can't know if it is WORTH for them.
